High quality steel

Most important factor on dies wear resistance and durability is grade of used steel. Mechanical properties of steel depend on alloying elements, carbon content and structure of steel. Grade of steel used in flat dies and rollers production must be considered in view of further heat treatment.

We use high-grade wear resistant alloy steel. Final heat treatment additionally increases product#&39;s durability and life.

CNC machining

High precision

To ensure high dimensional accuracy, precision and surface quality, we use CNC machining for manufacturing rollers and dies. Numerical control allows to manufacture products with almost any geometry and reduces time of production process to minimum.

Best tools

High-grade steel machining requires use of proper tools. For manufacturing our products, we use only high quality tools from world-known suppliers. It has a great influence on final product quality and machining time.

Heat treatment

To increase hardness and wear resistance of our products, all flat dies and roller shells are hardened, and then tempered to gain proper mechanical resistance and ensure reliability.

Grinding

Grinding is a final stage of our production process. It removes hardening contamination and grants smooth finished surface with high dimensional tolerance. That results in stable and efficient rollers-to-die work increasing efficiency of pelleting process.
