We can manufacture custom flat die for your pellet press. In our factory, we are able to produce small dies for small quantities production, and large for industrial applications with diameters up to 1000mm. On customers request, flat die can be produced with any hole size. For sawdust pelleting the most widely used standard of holes diameter is ø6 and ø8mm. For special purposes, there is a possibility of manufacturing die with ø4 or ø10 holes or any other sizes.
