Our offer contains shafts for every type of our rollers. For heavy duty pellet mills we strongly suggest our hardened shafts with superb strength. Our shafts have internal lubrication system which allows to lubricate bearings during the work of pellet mill.
For better mechanical parameters and maintenance, our shafts have proper chamfers and are grinded for precise dimensional tolerance needed for installing bearings.
We use only high quality bearings from polish bearing factories. Each roller shell is placed on two ball bearings with single side seals, other side lubricated.
Our rollers are sealed from both sides by radial shaft seal preventing dust and pelleted material from contaminating bearings.

Radial shaft seals are placed in custom covers granting them proper tightness and distance from bearings. Size of sealing covers depends on the size of bearings and seals.

For proper bearings fastening in roller shells, we use circlips (Seeger rings) snapped into machined grooves. The other use of circlips is as a bearings spacer, which allows for proper lubrication through shaft.
Rollers set is placed in pellet mill and fastened with proper sleeves. Size of sleeves is based on shaft diameter and their length allows for individual setup.
